What is the Cancellation Policy?
All bookings must be canceled within 48 hrs of check - in , in order to receive a refund . If you need to cancel and are unsure how to do so , please reach out to us via message /email and we will get back to you shortly.

What time is Check in/ Check Out & House Rules?
Check in begins at 3:00pm
Check out is at 11:00am
House rules : No parties , No Smoking , No pets or unregistered guest allowed under any circumstances . All we ask is that you respect your neighbors and the property and to enjoy your stay of course.
Is there a minimum stay & are background checks required?
Yes! For short-term stays, there is a minimum of 2 days per booking.
Long-term stays must be booked for 28 days maximum. (Background checks are only required for long-term rentals.)
